Wed & Thurs

Not the best 2 days, am feeling very hormonal, tired and ratty! PMT is upon me and I am not sleeping and craving badly!

I find I go to bed and drop off then wake up and thats it then toss and turn all night, this is added stress as I know how important the sleep is arghhhhh!!

My client came back from honeymoon and told me her grandad has passed away whilst she was away and that he had obviously hung on in there to see her married! have to say it brought tears to my eyes! thanks hormones!!! Today I have had a banging headache all day and that combined with the heat (very hot down here today) and a unruly rude and out of control teen in our group this afternoon just about finished me off! And he was only 1 of 2 that bothered to turn up!!

I have to admit to not getting all the workouts in today, I did the first one when i got up, then ive worked non stop ever since so will get one more done before down time! However I was active all afternoon we had racquets session and were chasing stray tennis balls, shuttlecocks and speeders all over the courts! Speedminton is a fab game, it was a little windy though and the paper balls we had and normal shuttlecocks just made it impossible! I also twisted my knee so not really my day today!!

Food wise, yesterday was heaven with the carbs back again - i had my fave greek yog and berries, tuna steak and salad and chicken and veg with new potatoes, today with flagging energy and these flippin cravings i have had eggs, eggs and more eggs, had some lovely mushrooms for dinner cooked in the coconut oil with my eggs - i was just too tired and couldnt be bothered to cook a whole meal just for me as no one else was hungry! read today that apparantly free range eggs now have more pollutants in them than battery eggs!!! well my lovely chickens eggs taste fab and i dont think i will ever be able to eat a supermarket egg again so tastless in comparison!  Really what rubbish will they come up with next!

There's lots of arguments and discussions going on both on here and WLR at the mo and quite honestly i am too tired and grumpy to get too involved! I also have lots going on in my own personal life right now which is taking up alot of my emotional time so I could do without any more dischord!

Anyway that is my moan over - looking forward to getting totm out of the way so i can have my energy back and hopefully se some results!!

    Question: what is this WLR??? I am following this whole controversy but still don't quite get it...

WLR is a calorie counting site a bit like fitday or calorie king or daily plate (think those are the correct sites) it has a forum which is widely used, i have used it for sometime for tracking calories or macros and often post or reply to questions when i can or have time! Its quite a ... not quite sure how to decribe it but there are definate groups of people some clean eaters, some very anti it so it gets quote heated at times! I tend ot og through fits and starts on it when things start getting too intense i tend ot back of and dont post for a while, mind you it costs about a tenner a month so i may reconsider as with reboot and various other outgoings it doesnt make a huge amount of sense, would also free up more time for other things such as an addditional workout moving past this month)

  3. Ah, thanks for the info! I was wondering what it was all about... Seems like you spend also quite a bit of time on the computer? During those 30 day challenges I am usually online way too much, trying to keep up with everything.

    Isn't it funny: as soon as the period starts everything is over! For me it almost feels like me body is letting everything go the moment the flow starts... the fun of being female...
