I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's 30 day M.A.P fatloss challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing!
Having already followed 2 of Dax's similar programs I am looking forward to getting some serious results 3rd time around! I still have a long way to go to get back to where I once was and achieve the look i'm after!

Sarah, how funny how critical we are of our own bodies! All I see when I look at your pictures is a beautiful women who has no belly!!! And your back is firm and toned, not big!
