The one thing i find it hard to fit in is the blogging! I have so many things to do with the 4 sessions, work, my own PT business, family kids etc nd blogging is the bottom of my list - I have even cancelled some online subscriptions to other sites I have in order to free up some time to fit it all in!
Anway - finally feeling back on track, hormones settled down, the weather is beautiful, i feel slimmer even though the scales are refusing to budge at all and the measurements seem more or less the same! Im going to keep this up for a further week to 10 days as I think my body doesnt work for me during those week to 10 day sof PMT so i am going to keep going to actually try and get a result of some description!
Exercise is still tough fitting it in and with this hot weather i just melt as soon as i start! It is however very easy to drink gallons of water!!!

Lots going on Sarah - the blogging is be the least of my worries too! Yes, the hot weather makes it so much harder, even though I feel I can skip the warm-ups for the most part... But somehow it was easier in January. Good luck for the next 10 non PMS days!!
